The extremely popular De Luca’s Cooking Studio is open to the general public and provides an opportunity to develop culinary skills under expert guidance of Chef Anna Paganelli. Chef Anna will demonstrate a variety of authentic Italian dishes while you sit back and enjoy the feast. Each class includes an antipasto, pasta, entrée, dessert, and featured wines that you can sample at our bar. Our new Cooking Studio is fully equipped with mirrors and 2 flat screen televisions for you to view all of the cooking demonstrations.

 All classes are located in our New Cooking Studio

in the lower level at 950 Portage Ave.

1 Class - $50 per person

(includes 12% taxes)

Additional information

- Each class includes an appetizer, pasta dish, meat & vegetable, & dessert which are demonstrated and served
(recipes are chosen 3-5 days in advance)

- Full Recipes Included for each guest

- Sample table feature products each week for you to taste

- Product table features products used in the recipes that you can purchase that evening

- A full bar is available throughout the evening which includes a selection of 10 - 12 different wines which can be sampled & purchased by the glass or by the bottle 
 

- Wine list available for purchasing by the bottle, which includes selections from De Luca's Private Wine Collection

- Registration begins at 6:00pm followed by the class at 6:30pm. Classes usually run until 9:00pm.
