The ever popular De Luca’s Cooking Classes are open to the public and offer an opportunity to develop culinary skills with expert Chef Mike Brown. At each class, Chef Mike will demonstrate a variety of authentic Italian dishes while you sit back, relax and enjoy the feast! Join us for our 2021 Season to discover inspirational culinary techniques, traditions and product. Chef Mike Brown has been with De Luca’s for five years under the guidance of beloved Chef Anna Paganelli, and when Anna completed her 35th season in May 2017, she handed over the torch. Chef Mike continues to teach public classes and lead the team in executing events and private cooking classes for groups of 30-130 guests!
