Public Cooking Classes

The ever popular De Luca’s Cooking Studio is open to the public and offers an opportunity to develop culinary skills with expert Chef Mike Brown. At each class, Chef Mike will demonstrate a variety of authentic Italian dishes while you sit back, relax and enjoy the feast! Join us for our 2019  Season to discover inspirational culinary techniques, traditions and product. 

Pricing: 1 Class - $65.00 per person (+ 13% taxes)

All classes are located in our Cooking Studio at the lower level at 950 Portage Avenue. Doors open at 5:45 PM. Class begins at 6:30 PM and are approximately 2.5 hours

Wine Pairing Dinner: A Tour of Italy - Saturday January 19th, 2019 - SOLD OUT!

Brunch Life with Matt Basile - Wednesday, January 16th, 2019 - SOLD OUT

Matt Basile is back in Winnipeg to celebrate the release of his new cookbook, Brunch Life: Comfort Classics and More for the Best Meal of the Day. Matt and his partner Kyla released their cookbook this Fall, which has already reached Best Seller status!

Uncomplicated with Claire Tansey - Tuesday, February 5th, 2019

Chef, teacher and food expert, Claire Tansey will be joining us in Winnipeg to share some of her delicious recipes from her new cookbook, Uncomplicated.

Claire has over 20 years experience working in restaurants, education and media, notably as Food Director at Chatelaine. More recently, she focuses on inspiring home cooks with easy, fun and delicious recipes and clever tips and tricks at Claire Tansey's Kitchen, on Cityline, the Toronto Star and CBC Radio. Her new cookbook, Uncomplicated, aims to take the stress out of home cooking.
