Orders for Pickup

Here is what we will need to confirm your order:

  • Order details (type of basket/box and quantity)
  • Your first and last name
  • Your contact phone number
  • Your contact email address
  • Date of pickup
  • Payment via e-transfer or credit card via email/phone

Orders for Delivery

Here is what we will need to confirm your order:

  • Order details (type of basket/box and quantity)
  • Your first and last name
  • Your contact phone number
  • Your contact email address
  • Date of delivery
  • Delivery info (first & last name, phone number & address of recipient)
  • Message you would like to include on the card (be sure to include to & from)
  • Payment via e-transfer or credit card via email/phone

Notes for Deliveries

If no one is at home when our drivers attempt delivery, our drivers will call the gift recipient to see where they can safely leave the gift basket. If the driver cannot reach the gift recipient, they will leave a a message (if possible) and the driver will leave the package at a safe place without obtaining a signature. If the gift cannot be left safely and no one can accept the delivery, re-delivery will be necessary. A re-delivery charge will be required at an additional charge of $15. We will try to avoid the re-delivery but will not leave a gift in an unsafe place. We will arrange the re-delivery at the earliest possible time - often later in the day or the next day.
